Marlen Chavez exemplifies professionalism! During my two years at Kelsey Ridge-Bellevue, Marlen has been nothing less than ... courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. She demonstrates a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills. She is intelligent, driven, and hardworking. I appreciate and applaud these qualities, which are difficult to find today. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff and maintenance for their quick response and willingness to assist. Nice complex and nice people working there. It's one of the few non-smoking communities in the area, and management makes sure they send out reminders whenever necessary. There are lots of trees all around, and it's close to trails! Our one bedroom is nice, has quartz countertops and a fireplace! The only thing that would make it better is more windows.
